At Operation Zian, we stand up for the children who are too often overlooked, forgotten, and left vulnerable to injustice. We believe every single child deserves to grow up feeling safe, valued, and completely free from fear.

We don't do this work alone. Alongside trusted partners, we focus on preventing exploitation, stepping in when kids are in immediate danger, and walking with survivors through the long process of healing. Our mission is simple but urgent: to bring hope into the darkest situations and help children find their way back to safety and freedom.

Every child matters. Every woman matters. Every life has immeasurable value because every person is created in the image of God.

She Matters is our commitment to protecting the most vulnerable. Through this initiative, Operation Zian works to rescue children from sexual exploitation and forced labour while partnering with trusted local organisations, churches, and authorities to ensure they receive the care, protection, and support they need.

Rescue, however, is only the beginning. True restoration means providing a pathway to healing, safety, education, discipleship, and hope. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up free from abuse and exploitation, surrounded by people who will protect, encourage, and love them.

Our vision extends beyond responding to exploitation after it has occurred. We are equally committed to preventing children from ever entering these situations by strengthening families, supporting local churches, identifying those at risk, and addressing the vulnerabilities that traffickers and exploiters often take advantage of.

Through She Matters, we proclaim a simple but powerful truth: no child is forgotten, no woman is beyond hope, and every life is worth fighting for.

what we do

  • We believe that stopping trafficking begins long before it starts. That’s why we go into poor and vulnerable communities, offering food, resources, and opportunities that provide dignity and purpose. By meeting physical needs and building strong foundations, we break the cycle of desperation that traffickers prey upon.

  • Prevention must be followed by protection. Our team stays present in these communities, checking in regularly, monitoring for risks, and providing access to healthcare. We become a shield for the vulnerable, ensuring they are seen, supported, and safeguarded from those who would exploit them.

  • At the heart of everything we do is the hope of the gospel. Beyond physical needs, we share the love and truth of Jesus Christ, giving people meaning, identity, and lasting purpose. We proclaim freedom in Him, bringing not just rescue from trafficking, but redemption of the heart.
