Hope serves as Financial Advisor for Operation Zian, overseeing financial stewardship, accountability, and sustainability. With a strong background in business and financial management, she ensures that funds are handled responsibly and aligned with the organisation’s mission.

Dahrel is on the Board Trustees for Operation Zian, providing governance oversight and operational insight. While his role is primarily at the board level, he runs our business that helps to fund our charity which is one of our key donations.

Country Manager (Philippines)Joy is the Country Manager for Operation Zian in the Philippines and leads all in-country operations and outreach. With many years of experience working with charities, she brings deep local knowledge, cultural understanding, and a genuine passion for children and the gospel.
Joy oversees outreach initiatives, partnerships, and on-the-ground support for children, ensuring that care is delivered with compassion, integrity, and consistency. Her heart for children and commitment to the mission make her a cornerstone of Operation Zian’s work in the Philippines.
Jessa serves as Outreach Coordinator for Cebu and surrounding regions in the Philippines. She works closely with local communities to support children in need, providing practical assistance, care, and coordination of outreach efforts.
Jessa is deeply involved in frontline support and plays a vital role in ensuring that children receive timely help and ongoing care. Her dedication, compassion, and hands-on approach make her an essential part of Operation Zian’s outreach team.
