what we do

  • Outreach is about meeting children where they are.

Operation Zian goes into villages, communities, and schools to support vulnerable children before they are trafficked. We partner with local organisations to provide education on trafficking, online safety, and personal protection, helping children and families recognise danger and stay safe. Outreach also includes practical care, community support, and collaboration with other NGOs to create long-term protection for at-risk kids.

  • Advocacy is about giving children a voice.

Operation Zian raises awareness around child exploitation, trafficking, and online abuse by educating the public, churches, communities, and decision-makers. We work to shine a light on the realities vulnerable children face and to mobilise people, organisations, and leaders to take action. Through advocacy, we help create a culture where children are seen, protected, and valued.

  • Rescue is needed.

Operation Zian believes that the most effective way to combat trafficking is to prevent exploitation before it occurs. Through community engagement, risk identification, and intelligence gathering, we work to recognise vulnerable situations and disrupt trafficking pathways before more children are harmed.

Where children are already being exploited, we work alongside trusted NGOs, churches and specialist teams to support the identification and safe recovery of victims.

Our goal is not only to respond to trafficking when it occurs, but to address the conditions that allow it to happen—protecting vulnerable children, strengthening communities, and helping create pathways to lasting freedom.

  • Evangelism is the core of what we do

We believe in the transforming power of God to prevent trafficking, restore lives, and bring freedom to children affected by violence and exploitation through the message of the Gospel. Above all, our greatest desire is to see people come to know Jesus Christ and experience salvation. As part of this mission, our team regularly conducts evangelistic outreaches and crusades, sharing the hope and love of Christ with communities in need.

  • Prevention is foundational

We believe the local church plays a vital role in preventing trafficking and protecting vulnerable children. That is why we partner with churches and equip them to better serve and support their communities. The church can be a place of refuge, hope, and practical assistance for those in need. Through strong relationships within the community, churches are often well-positioned to identify children who may be at risk of abuse, exploitation, or other vulnerable situations, allowing support and intervention to be provided before harm occurs.
