THE project evelyn MOVEMENT

make a stand

At Operation Zian, we stand up for the children who are too often overlooked, forgotten, and left vulnerable to injustice. We believe every single child deserves to grow up feeling safe, valued, and completely free from fear.

We don't do this work alone. Alongside trusted partners, we focus on preventing exploitation, stepping in when kids are in immediate danger, and walking with survivors through the long process of healing. Our mission is simple but urgent: to bring hope into the darkest situations and help children find their way back to safety and freedom.

Long before a trafficker arrives, the conditions that make exploitation possible are often already present. Poverty, family breakdown, lack of education, abuse, neglect, and hopelessness can leave children vulnerable long before they are ever targeted. By the time exploitation becomes visible, the warning signs have often been there for years.

That is why Operation Zian is committed to prevention through community outreach. Rather than waiting for a crisis, we work alongside local churches, schools, families, and community leaders to identify vulnerabilities early and help build environments where children can thrive. Through feeding programs, educational support, practical assistance, community engagement, and the sharing of the Gospel, we seek to address some of the root causes that place children at risk.

Our goal is not simply to deliver aid. We believe lasting change happens when local communities are equipped and empowered to protect their own children. By strengthening families, supporting local churches, and building trusted relationships within communities, we help create protective networks around vulnerable children before exploitation can occur.

Every outreach event, every conversation, every home visit, and every relationship formed is part of a larger mission: to help break the cycle of vulnerability and create pathways toward safety, hope, and a future free from exploitation.

Because prevention doesn't begin when a child is trafficked—it begins long before that, in the everyday lives of children and families who need hope, support, and people willing to stand alongside them.

what we do

  • We believe that stopping trafficking begins long before it starts. That’s why we go into poor and vulnerable communities, offering food, resources, and opportunities that provide dignity and purpose. By meeting physical needs and building strong foundations, we break the cycle of desperation that traffickers prey upon.

  • Prevention must be followed by protection. Our team stays present in these communities, checking in regularly, monitoring for risks, and providing access to healthcare. We become a shield for the vulnerable, ensuring they are seen, supported, and safeguarded from those who would exploit them.

  • At the heart of everything we do is the hope of the gospel. Beyond physical needs, we share the love and truth of Jesus Christ, giving people meaning, identity, and lasting purpose. We proclaim freedom in Him, bringing not just rescue from trafficking, but redemption of the heart.

Poverty is the leading cause of child exploitation in south east asia

We stop the cycle before it begins. Poverty is the root driver of trafficking worldwide, and addressing it early can prevent it altogether.

We believe true healing and freedom come through the power of Jesus Christ. He calls us to rise up and stand with the broken.

EVERY CHILD MATTERS. EVERY LIFE HAS VALUE.

At Operation Zian, we believe no child should ever be forgotten, exploited, or left without hope.

Every child carries purpose, dignity, and immeasurable worth — not because of where they come from, but because of who they are.

We exist to protect the vulnerable, reach the unseen, and stand in the gap for those who cannot stand for themselves. Through outreach, prevention, and long-term care, we are committed to seeing children rescued, restored, and given a future filled with hope.
